Our CSR concept is based on interests of:

- Employees (training, promotion, team spirit development and financial assistance).
The company pays special attention to occupational health and safety issues. Health and safety measures, programs and instructions have been approved and implemented. Daily, weekly and monthly briefings for all employees, from technical workers to project managers, are mandatory at all operating facilities. Each employee is provided with personal protective equipment (PPE).
